How do they land on a specific content? Did they click on a vertical poster? on the hero banner? on the popular content? or the recent one?

Blocks with a higher conversion rate (where users click and watch content from) will show up in the top portions of the page, while carousels with a lower conversion rate will sit towards the bottom.

The page layout is also influenced by context (for example user device and session daytime) UI presentation options, user profiles, and operator business rules.

From an editorial perspective, you can always decide whether certain carousels are visible or pinned to a specific location.
